(1) After selecting the persons submitting the
letters of intent pursuant to Rule 10, the Ministry shall prepare a short list
thereof.
(2) No later than Seven days after the preparation of the short list
pursuant to Sub-rule (1), the Ministry has to give written information
thereof to the persons included in that list.
